One analysis = one URL run through all 5,000 personas. You get the full report: ranked friction points, drop-off moments, and design fix suggestions. On Pro you can run as many as you need.
How long does an analysis take?
About 28 minutes from URL submission to full report. We run all 5,000 personas in parallel — you can submit and come back to results.
Does it work for mobile apps or just websites?
Right now Racoonn works on any publicly accessible URL — landing pages, SaaS products, e-commerce stores, onboarding flows. Mobile app store pages work too. Native app analysis is on the roadmap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer a DPA for GDPR compliance?
