Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Racoonn ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Racoonn Does

Racoonn runs AI-simulated persona agents on publicly accessible web pages you provide. These agents simulate user behavior and generate reports about potential usability issues, drop-off points, and conversion opportunities. Reports are AI-generated insights, not guarantees of real user behavior.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• One account per person or organization

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use Racoonn to:

• Analyze URLs you don't own or have authorization to test
• Attempt to overload, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Scrape or redistribute analysis reports commercially without permission
• Submit URLs containing illegal content

5. AI-Generated Content

Analysis reports are generated by AI and should be treated as suggestions, not definitive assessments. Racoonn does not guarantee that implementing suggested changes will improve your conversion rates. Use your professional judgment.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Early access: Free for the first 50 teams
• Standard pricing: Starting at $49 per analysis run
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis for technical failures

7. Intellectual Property

• You own the URLs and products you submit
• You own the analysis reports generated for your URLs
• Racoonn owns the underlying AI technology, models, and methodology
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our models

8. Limitation of Liability

Racoonn is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Business decisions made based on AI-generated reports
• Downtime or service interruptions
• Data loss beyond what's covered in our Privacy Policy
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Sections on liability, IP, and disputes survive termination.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.

11. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
